Design

The Galaxy Grand DUOS looks like a larger S III, or a smaller Note II, whichever you prefer. Samsung is making everything nowadays, big and small, with the distinctive rounded corner design that is immediately recognizable because of its blockbuster S III handset.

The Grand DUOS is more reminiscent to the Note II, actually, with the faux metal rim on the sides, and the tapered back makes is fairly comfortable to hold with one hand, considering the screen size, but not operate with just your thumb, of course. The phone is somewhat hefty for today's standards at 5.71 oz (162 g), but considering the screen size it does not feel thick and bulky.

Advantages Of Galaxy Grand Duos :

• With 5 inch display this is the biggest dual sim phone yet.
• Call Voice Quality very good and eliminates noice around, dialling and in call management is good.
• Speaker output is loud, littlie bit on shrilly on high volume, Ear Phones are good but built quality is average.
• camera quality is good.
• MULTI-TASKING is simply Super
•  Android JellyBeans is fast
• Dual-Sim functionality is awesome and can quickly switch between two Sims for voice calls and messages
• Very fast : absolutely no lag whatsoever, even with multiple applications running simultaneously. Temple Run works effortlessly, without any lag.
• Multi Window: You would love it if you need to multitask every now and then.
• Gaming experience: Too good. Name any game in play store and the phone will run it smoothly.

Disadvantages Of Galaxy Grand Duos :

• Battery is draining very quickly if u use dual SIM ON and use data upload or download(upto 5hrs).Continuous upload or download data drains battery very quickly. 2100 mAh battery is not enough for this display size, at least 3000 mAh was needed.
• The resolution of this phone is not well good ... It should be HD like 1080 x 800 as compared to other phones and its touch screen is not AMOLED while other phone of this price has such features in this price.
• Processor could have be Quad core instead of dual core
• Price could have to be at least 17k-18k.
